At Knatchbull, we strive for sartorial perfection, but if your purchase is not quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original packaging and include the printed return slip provided via the portal.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection through our shipping partner's website.
